Kristen Stewart was ‘terrified’ before TIFF 2012: Report

Kristen Stewart may go topless in "On the Road," but that was the least of her worries at her film's premiere at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 6.

Despite looking confident and poised in Toronto last week, the 22-year-old actress was reportedly so "terrified" of her first post-scandal appearance that she had trouble eating.

"She couldn't stomach any food at all on the day," a source told the U.K. mag Grazia. "She was terrified that there would be booing and shouting."

Stewart recently admitted to MTV News that she was less concerned about her first semi-nude scene in the adaptation of Jack Kerouac's novel of the same name.

"It didn't bother me," she said, adding, "Once we got on set, it was so about just breathing and letting it happen. [Director Walter Salles] put so much trust in us. So it was like, 'OK, so I have to take my clothes off?' It's so not a big [deal]."

Stewart's red carpet trip turned out to be no big deal, either. Even though there may have been one angry fan, she was largely supported in Toronto. And after leaving town, she attended the New York premiere of "On the Road" last Monday on looking much more relaxed.

No doubt her appetite has also improved with the U.K. Sun's report that Stewart and boyfriend Robert Pattinson have patched things up. The "Twilight" stars have reportedly moved into the Los Angeles community where Brangelina have a place.

"Rob sees it as Kristen made a really stupid mistake. After a lot of long tearful talks, they've worked it out," a source told the tabloid. "Rob can see how truly sorry Kristen is and has totally forgiven her. They really do love each other."

Whether or not that is true, Stewart seems to be back in the game.
