All hail Queen Zendaya!

TIME’s 100 Most Influential People of 2022 list just dropped, and it’s a pretty impressive bunch. Zendaya was named, along with Andrew Garfield, Pete Davidson, Quinta Brunson, Simu Liu, and other notable people who have made a cultural impact in the past year.

The actress played Chani in the movie Dune, which came out back in October 2021, among other notable projects like the Spider-Man movies. Dune director Denis Villenueve wrote about Zendaya’s impact for TIME, saying, “She is an autonomous creative force herself. A cultural icon in the making. A person driven by pure inspiration, empathy, and respect for her craft, who uses authenticity as a new superpower. She seems fearless, her roots run deep, and I love that she still laughs like a kid. Zendaya is the future. And there is nothing more comforting to me.”

Zendaya received her own TIME cover as well as being featured on the Influential People list, and looked absolutely effortless in a glamorous red Valentino look styled by Law Roach. Upon first look, you might think that Zendaya was just wearing a dress, but her ballgown silhouette is actually created by a luxurious cape with huge, ruffled sleeves that she wore over a strapless bra top and pants. We’d expect nothing less from red carpet queen Z and her stylist. The ensemble was finished off with a red lip, intricate braids, and Bulgari jewelry.

The director of Dune, where Zendaya acted alongside Timothée Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, and more, described the young actress as “a thousand years old. She has already lived many lives before this one. And yet, she is as young as springtime. […] She is timeless, and she can do it all.” Do it all indeed — Zendaya is currently on the set of Challengers, a tennis drama, and we’re expecting to see her in the third season of Euphoria as well as Dune: Part Two and of course, the fourth Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland.

You deserve it, Z. In the words of Denis Villenueve — for Zendaya, “this is only the beginning.”
