According to Throw Flame, the robot, which is Unitree Go1-based, also has an hour-long battery a laser sight, and lidar mapping that can be remotely controlled via the company’s app. The robot itself weighs 26 lbs, but together with the flamethrower, that comes up to 60 lbs. Despite its fearsome looks, Throw Flame states that it can be used for wildfire control and prevention agricultural management, ecological conservation, snow and ice removal, and entertainment, and SFX.
