Whataburger launches new breakfast item — but it won’t be around long. What to know

Whataburger is rolling out a new breakfast item — and it comes in a bowl.

The Whataburger Breakfast Bowl is available at participating restaurants nationwide for a limited time, the Texas-based eatery announced in an Oct. 3 news release.

The savory new entree comes with scrambled eggs, two hash browns and a buttermilk biscuit topped with cheddar jack cheese and creamy gravy, according to a product description. Customers also can choose sausage or bacon.

Fans can order the bowl in-store or via the Whataburger app between 11 p.m. and 11 a.m. Pricing varies by location.

“The Whataburger Breakfast Bowl is a savory and satisfying serving that delivers the quality and freshness guests have come to expect from us,” Rich Scheffler, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, said in a statement.
