N.C. State needs one win to reach the College World Series championship series.
The Wolfpack, missing several players due to COVID-19 protocols, lost to Vanderbilt, 3-1, on Friday. The two teams will now play in a winner-take-all game on Saturday at 2 p.m. N.C. State and Vanderbilt each have one loss in the College World Series.
The winner of that game advances to the CWS championship round and the loser will be eliminated.
