The first rule of fatherhood: Don’t let your daughter eat you.

One dad’s love for his girl runs deep in the upcoming horror-drama Maggie, about a teenager in the Midwest who becomes infected during a zombie epidemic. Pops (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is so loyal, in fact, that he is willing to risk being eaten by his zombie-fied daughter, Maggie (Abigail Breslin).

In this exclusive and creepy clip, Maggie is seen ominously ambling down the stairs as her father, Wade, sits in an apparent slumber. With decrepit-looking skin that can only belong to the undead, Maggie inches closer and closer and closer to Wade until… cut to black!

We’ll find out whether Dad is fake-sleeping as part of a survival strategy or if he’s really risking getting chomped by his hungry daughter when Maggie starts stalking theaters this weekend.
