Wall Crashes Down as Cars Float Past in Flood-Hit Spanish Town

Water flooded streets in Spain’s Huelva province as accumulated rainfall there reached up to 60 mm on September 23.

Footage from the town of Lepe shows a wall collapsing on top of several cars, which are themselves deep in floodwater.

Local newspapers reported that as much as 60 liters of rain per square meter fell in an hour as Spain’s national weather service issued a red warning for three provinces, including Huelva.
