The Voice UK continued with its last battles round in tonight's episode (February 27) and the coaches had some tough choices to make ahead of the semi-finals.

Olly Murs was faced with a difficult decision as he paired up two of his most powerful singers: Chantelle Padden and Grace Holden. They sang Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson – the battle was extremely close and Olly struggled to make his choice.

In the end, the coach decided to go with Grace, explaining that he chose her because he believes that they would get more out of working together.

"I was not expecting that at all but I just went out there and did everything that I could to win and I did," Grace said.

But while she couldn't believe she made it through to the semi-finals fans online were left gobsmacked by Olly's decision for entirely different reasons.

Olly was also the last coach on The Voice UK left with the option to steal a contestant, which meant that he had the option to take on one of the other coaches' acts, if they didn't get picked for the semi-finals.

After giving up Chantelle, Olly used his steal to knick Jason Hayles off of Anne-Marie's team.

Olly will be accompanied by James Bay, Anne-Marie by Leigh-Anne Pinnock from Little Mix, while Team Tom will get help from Melanie C and Team Will will have Danny O'Donoghue.

The Voice UK semi-finals begin next Saturday (March 6) at 8:30pm on ITV.
