Vin Diesel teases more Fast & Furious cast returns for Fast X
Vin Diesel has teased that more members from the Fast & Furious franchise could return for the upcoming Fast X.
The stacked cast sees Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez. Tyrese Gibson and Sung Kang all return to their roles, but the former has hinted that there could be more familiar faces in the upcoming blockbuster.
In a post on Instagram, Diesel posed for a photo alongside Tego Calderón and Don Omar, who play Tego Leo and Rico Santos respectively.

"Mi gente… Leo y Santos… Grateful for all who have been a part of this journey… All love, Always…#FastX #losbandoleros," read the caption.
Both characters had a larger role in 2011's Fast Five, which was revealed to share a link to Fast X in the latest trailer, so it would make sense if Tego and Rico showed up in some capacity.
The Fast X trailer unveiled Jason Momoa's villain, who was revealed to be the son of Hernan Reyes, and director Louis Leterrier recently revealed he wanted to pay tribute to Fast Five in the newest entry.

"[Fast Five] is easily the best movie of the franchise. It's the greatest," he said. "That chase with the safe, it's the greatest moment in cinema history, so we were like, 'Let's Rashomon this scene. What if we experience this scene through the eyes of Reyes, the guys who the safe belongs to, and Dom and Brian are the thieves that kill them?'
"We took these scenes, and we created it through the eyes of the other guys," he continued. "We see them from afar and they're like, 'Take them out. They're bad guys, they stole our safe'. That's what's interesting – by doing so, you guide the audience to rethink everything they've experienced in the entire franchise."
Fast X releases in cinemas on May 19, 2023.
