‘The View’ Host Ana Navarro Mocks Herschel Walker for Reportedly Paying for Girlfriend’s Abortion by Check: To Hide, ‘Pay Cash’ (Video)

Ana Navarro has a piece of advice for politicians who are attempting to hide potentially damaging financial transactions: use cash. The host of “The View” offered this up to Herschel Walker on Monday, after a report surfaced that the Georgia senate candidate reportedly paid for a former girlfriend’s abortion with a check.

This week, The Daily Beast reported that Walker, who has been vocally anti-abortion, paid for a girlfriend’s abortion in 2009, including images from the woman of a “Get Well” card Walker reportedly sent along with his check covering the expenses. Walker denied the report as a “flat-out” and “defamatory” lie, threatening legal action.

On Tuesday, Walker’s son Christian posted a video to Twitter, condemning his father actions and calling his lies “atrocious,” which the women of “The View” used to kick off the day’s Hot Topics discussion. First and foremost, Ana Navarro couldn’t get past the fact that Herschel Walker has seemingly been caught in yet another lie.

“So there’s two issues here, right? One is the lies, the lies, the lies. Lies upon lies and lies and lies,” Navarro said. “And the other is the hypocrisy. The hypocrisy just strikes you in the face. And unfortunately, this is not a unique situation.”

Navarro then cited her former colleague Tim Murphy, who was also very anti-abortion but resigned from Congress after a report came out that he had asked his mistress to get an abortion. Host Alyssa Farah Griffin agreed that, if the accusations against Walker are true, “it just reeks of hypocrisy.”

Farah Griffin and Sara Haines then marveled at the fact that Walker allegedly sent a “get well” card to the woman, with the former calling it “icing on the cake.” Meanwhile, Navarro couldn’t hide her disdain, and gave Walker a tip.

“Yeah, next you might want to hide something, you might want to pay cash buddy,” she mocked.
