The incoming storm is expected to wreak havoc on the un-housed community in the Sacramento area. Thousands living on the streets and along the waterways will be exposed to the dangerous conditions. Dan Aderholt, of the American River Homeless Crew, spent the day Friday along the waterfront, two days ahead of the storm, for one reason. "Alert the homeless about what's going on because they don't have TVs," Aderholt said. "They don't have nothing to know what's going on, what to do, and the main thing is we got to let the homeless know." See more above.
