Two new bars coming to West 7th entertainment district, including this Houston staple

Two new bars are coming to the West 7th entertainment district, according to licenses from the City of Fort Worth and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

Replacing America Gardens, Houston favorite Little Woodrow’s is coming to 2833 Morton St.. A staple in the Houston area, the bar markets itself similarly to America Gardens did with a heavy focus on its patio and games like giant Jenga and cornhole and a wide array of brews on tap.

Inside, Little Woodrow’s locations feature pool tables and arcade games. The bar also offers the option to purchase kegs and is dog friendly with its “puppy hour.”

Euphoria, a nightclub, also has plans (and approval) to open up a nightclub in the same district. That’ll be at 920 Foch St., across from Shot Cellar and Texas Republic. The building already has stickers on the windows advertising the coming of the club.

The developers could not immediately be reached for comment on a timeline for the projects.
