TV star Kirstie Alley’s Florida mansion is for sale. The former owner was famous, too
Kirstie Alley’s Florida mansion is for sale, and it has celebrity history.
The “Cheers” legend, who died after a battle with advanced colon cancer in December at the age of 71, purchased the Clearwater home from Lisa Marie Presley in 2000.
Elvis Presley’s only daughter died last month in Los Angeles after a heart attack at the age of 54. Presley sold the nine-bedroom, nine bathroom residence to Alley for $1.5 million. Both women were Scientologists, and the organization’s headquarters is located nearby.

Built in 1993, the 7,815-square-footer at 1100 N Osceola Ave., in the Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood, is on the market for $5.95 million. The listing agent, Ray Cassano of Station Square Realty, LLC, told the Tampa Bay Times that the house is currently under contract but pictures still remain on his website.

The new owner will have quite the sweet place to call home. Overlooking Clearwater Harbor, the balcony filled pad includes great water views, plus such amenities as a media room, spiral staircase, two courtyards, stone fireplace, 60-foot dock and heated pool with spa.
