Travel Disruption in Rochester as Major Winter Storm Sweeps Upstate NY

Bitter winds and snow blew through Rochester, New York, on Monday, January 17, causing air travel disruptions, as a major winter storm continued in the region.

These videos, filmed and posted to Twitter by Joseph Frascati, show two people walking through the wind and snow, and snow being cleared at Rochester airport early Monday morning.
