Tom Holland shares sweet reaction to Zendaya's Met Gala look

Tom Holland has shown his appreciation for his partner Zendaya's Met Gala looks.

Challengers star Zendaya as this year's event's co-chair, together with Jennifer Lopez, Chris Hemsworth, and Bad Bunny.

Despite not attending the fundraising ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City last night (May 6), Holland still threw his support behind his partner on his social media, celebrating her outfits.

Going back to the Met after her last appearance in 2019, Zendaya continued her successful partnership with stylist Law Roach in two outfits exemplifying the dress code, 'The Garden of Time'.

Her first choice was a John Galliano for Maison Margiela tulle fishtail gown in blue and green hues, styled with a matching headpiece from Stephen Jones, plus dark plum eye makeup and mauve lipstick.

For her second look, the Euphoria star opted for a 1996 vintage Givenchy by Galliano black dress. She accompanied this with a bouquet headpiece from a 2007 collection by Phillip Treacy for Alexander McQueen.

On his Instagram, Holland posted a picture of each of Zendaya's looks, adding three heart-eyed emojis and prompting his followers to deem him "the cutest boyfriend".

The Spider-Man couple have been making fans swoon since rumours of a romance between them were confirmed in late 2021.

While they keep much of their personal lives private, the two stars have often supported each other's work publicly, with Zendaya recently commenting on Holland's casting as Romeo in an upcoming West End adaptation of Romeo and Juliet.

Ahead of the summer run, which will see Holland starring opposite Bad Education's Francesca Amewudah-Rivers as Juliet, Zendaya told British Vogue she "could not be more proud," adding: "I'm going to try to see as many shows as I possibly can."

Challengers is in cinemas now.
