Tina Knowles Shared a Rare Pic of Beyoncé’s Three Kids Celebrating Their Mom’s B(ee)-Day

Alexa, play Beyoncé’s album B’Day, for yesterday was her b-day, and we are still celebrating. The singer celebrated turning 42 in Los Angeles, where she played a star-studded concert and was serenaded by none other than Diana Ross. On Instagram her mom, Tina Knowles, posted a loving tribute to her daughter and included a rare look at all three of the Knowles-Carter kiddos.

“Screaming Happy Birthday to my daughter, my best friend, my confidant, I thank God, for choosing me to be the vessel in which you traveled to get to this world. You are such rare and precious gift to the world not only as a genius entertainer. You are a gift because of your beautiful generous heart, the love you give. The grace you give, the wisdom that you show,” the mom of two wrote to mark the occasion. The picture she included seems to be a moment from a home video and shows Mrs. Carter blowing out the candles on a birthday cake that is, appropriately, bee themed! Blue Ivy bends over her shoulder to help out, and Rumi, sitting on Bey’s lap, does as well. Rumi’s twin brother, Sir, has other business to attend to. So stinking cute!

“I could go on, and on but every word is true you deserve to have the happiest day ever because you give your heart and soul to the world happy birthday my firstborn snoogams❤️,” Tina Knowles concluded. Her post attracted comments from tons of fans and celebrity friends, like Taraji P. Henson and Vanessa Bryant, both of whom added heart emojis.

Blue Ivy was traveling with her mom’s tour during the summer, sometimes even taking the stage, though we’d imagine she’s currently back in school? TBH, no idea if this kid goes to school; we know she went to preschool but she’s 11 now. Good! I know too much about celeb kids already!

Happy birthday, Beyoncé!
