Jane Fonda never fails to awe us. The 82-year-old star, while presenting “Parasite” with the Best Picture award, had fans reeling over her fresh, new show-stopping look. Redefining age, she stepped on to the Oscars stage in an ELIE SAAB Haute Couture gown, a repeat from the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, and debuted a silver, attitude-packed pixie cut.
The swap from her signature golden feathered bob took seven hours to create. Her glam squad, which included celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Hanousek and celebrity colourist Jack Martin, bleached her hair to achieve that silver icy blonde short do that she has always wanted.
“Hair felt amazingly healthy and Jane was extremely happy for getting her dream hair that took her a while to find a colourist that can do it perfectly in a very painless process,” Martin captioned the Instagram post.

The “Grace and Frankie” star also enhanced her beauty look with L’Oréal’s newest makeup collection dedicated to women over the age of 50.
Makeup artist David De Leon combined L’Oréal Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation ($20) and L’Oréal Age Perfect Radiant Concealer ($17) to create Fonda’s flawless skin. The complexion duo, formulated with a hydrating vitamin B3 complex, offers a buildable finish that won’t settle into fine lines. He then brushed the skin with L’Oréal Age Perfect Creamy Powder Foundation ($20) to softly blur out pores, and topped the cheeks off with a Camila-oil infused blush.
As for the rest of the face, De Leon kept things signature with a statement liner, lengthy lashes and a primrose-coloured lip.
