According to Empire, Jon Stewart was offered the opportunity to appear as a Stormtrooper in ‘The Force Awakens’, but the former host of ‘The Daily Show’ turned it down because he only wanted to play a good guy. Unfortunately stormtrooper cameos were the only ones being offered out, which meant that Stewart’s void was then filled by the likes of Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, film composer Micahel Giacchio, and 007 himself Daniel Craig. ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’’ editor Mary Jo Markey has now come out and explained which stormtroopers were played by rather famous individuals.
