Superior Industries: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (AP) _ Superior Industries International Inc. (SUP) on Friday reported a loss of $21.4 million in its fourth quarter.

The Southfield, Michigan-based company said it had a loss of $1.16 per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 97 cents per share.

The maker of aluminum wheels for the auto industry posted revenue of $337.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $243.6 million, or $10.81 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.1 billion.

Superior Industries expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.3 billion to $1.37 billion.

Superior Industries shares have increased 40% since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
