Netflix's Stranger Things is a massive hit, no question about it.

And now it seems that the show's mega-success is being reflected in all of its major stars' pay packets heading into season three, at least according to Deadline.

The publication is reporting that the series' leads are all getting a pay rise ahead of production starting on the new season, with child stars Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Noah Schnapp (Will) and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas) all reportedly seeing the biggest increase, going from $30,000 an episode to more than $200,000.

Breakout star Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven) is reported to have negotiated for a bigger raise than her co-stars too, with she and adult leads Winona Ryder (Joyce Byers) and David Harbour (Chief Hopper) said to now be earning between $300,000-$350,000 an episode.

And if you're wondering about the show's teen stars, then they're in for a salary bump too, with Natalia Dyer (Nancy) and Charlie Heaton (Jonathan) reportedly now earning between $100,000 and $150,000 an episode too.

Digital Spy reached out to Netflix about the reports, but the streaming service declined to comment.

Earlier this year, David Harbour revealed that production on the show's third season was due to begin in March or April and the series is expected to run for eight episodes this time round – meaning it's one less than season two but on par with season one.

The series itself isn't expected to premiere until 2019, but if that feels like too long a wait then don't worry, because a few details about what we can expect from Stranger Things 3 have already been teased, from the three new potential characters to the new "forces of evil" in Hawkins.
