Stan Lee picks the 3 Marvel superheroes he’d have dinner with

If you want a Marvel question to be answered then there’s only one man that you turn to: Stan Lee.

That’s not just because he has a wealth of knowledge on the subject, as he helped to create several of the Marvel comic-book characters that have gone on to become pop culture icons, but it’s also because he’s always willing to provide in depth answers to any topic regarding it, too.

During a recent interview with Parade Stan Lee was asked which three of the superheroes he created would he’d like to have dinner with. And after just a moment he decided upon Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Silver Surfer.

Of course he just didn’t say their names, though. He also provided definitive reasons, too, insisting that he’d want to eat alongside Iron Man because he’d “enjoy talking” to him, before adding that he is “sort of a classier Donald Trump, if you can imagine that sort of thing.”

When pushed for a reason on why the Silver Surfer would be invited, he remarked, “The Silver Surfer is always philosophical; he comments about the world and man’s position in the universe, why we don’t enjoy living on this wonderful planet and why we don’t help each other.”

Meanwhile, Stan Lee simply said of interacting with the Sorcerer Supreme, “I’d like to talk to Doctor Strange … But I only wrote about these characters fighting and having problems. I never really did many episodes where they were eating, so I don’t even know how their table manners are.”

We’ll get to see what ‘Doctor Strange’s’ eating habits are like when the blockbuster is finally released at the start of next month on November 4th.
