England’s Ashes embarrassment was completed as Australia sealed a 4-0 series victory with a Hobart hammering.
Australia won by 146 runs as England were bowled out for 124 in the space of 22.4 overs on day three of the fifth Test.
It was also a miserable weekend for Rafael Benitez as his brief Everton reign ended and Novak Djokovic, the number one men’s tennis player, who was deported from Australia after failing to overturn the decision to cancel his visa.

Canada's delayed decision to ban Huawei Technologies Co 5G equipment is putting pressure on Ottawa to deliver on a promised Indo-Pacific strategy, and to further diversify supply chains and reduce reliance on China for things like critical minerals, which is emerging as the battleground for clean technology. Last week's decision to ban Huawei 5G gear was the last vestige of a diplomatic dispute with China that dates back to 2018. With that, Canada joined its Five-Eyes intelligence-sharing partners United States, Britain, Australia and New Zealand to ban Huawei equipment over national security concerns.
British prosecutors said Thursday they have charged actor Kevin Spacey with four counts of sexual assault against three men. The Crown Prosecution Service said Spacey “has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.” The alleged incidents took place in London between March 2005 and August 2008, and in western England in April 2013.

IT problems have caused 200 EasyJet flights to be cancelled as it advised people to check before going to the airport. It advised customers to use its flight tracker to check the status of their booking. EasyJet customers on social media have already been posting about cancelled flights from multiple locations, both in UK and Europe.
