According to 247Sports, White is rated as the No. 1 punter in the country for the Class of 2023.

Two other Texas players from the Dallas-Fort Worth area metroplex made the team, including 5-star Denton Ryan linebacker Anthony Hill Jr., who is also an A&M commit and rated as the top linebacker in the country. Hill had 131 tackles and eight sacks last season for the Raiders.
Four-star Denton Guyer defensive back Peyton Bowen is the other. The Notre Dame commit had seven interceptions last season and scored four touchdowns on special teams.
Others from Texas are running back Rueben Owens II (El Campo), wide receiver Jaden Greathouse (Austin Westlake), offensive lineman TJ Shanahan (Austin Westlake), defensive lineman David Hick Jr. (Katy Paetow), all-purpose back Dalton Brooks (Shiner) and defensive lineman Colton Vasek (Austin Westlake).
Five-star quarterback Arch Manning, the top-rated player in the country, was named a first-team quarterback. The Texas commit is the nephew of NFL Super Bowl champions Eli and Peyton Manning.
