Slate Grocery REIT Announces Change to Board of Trustees

TORONTO, November 28, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Slate Grocery REIT (TSX: SGR.U) (TSX: SGR.UN) (the "REIT"), an owner and operator of U.S. grocery-anchored real estate, today announced that Thomas Farley has resigned as Trustee of the REIT for personal reasons. Mr. Farley has served on the Board since June 2014.

"While I wish my personal circumstances would have allowed me to continue to represent and serve unitholders, I am confident that under the leadership of our current management team and Board, the REIT's best days are ahead."
