  • Simone Biles just showed off her toned legs in a new Instagram post.

  • The Olympic gymnast is currently training to compete in the 2021 Olympics.

  • Besides gymnastics, she's big on cardio and eating fresh foods to stay fit.

Simone Biles is officially "entering do not disturb mode." The Olympic medalist and boyfriend Jonathan Owens, who plays NFL football on the Houston Texans, took a getaway to Miami a month after the gymnast celebrated her 24th birthday. Even though Simone might be on vacation, she doesn't appear to be taking any breaks from her workouts. Wearing a cute ruched marigold dress, she just showed off her insanely toned legs (holy calf muscles!) in a new Instagram photo.

As one of the world's greatest athletes, it's no surprise that the four-time Olympic gold medalist stays in shape when she's not competing. But ICYMI, the 2020 Olympics were pushed to this July, so Simone is currently training around the clock. Last June, she landed the ever-elusive triple-double, where you around three times while flipping upside down twice. Casual.

She balances out her rigorous gymnastics training with other exercises, too. Back in 2016, to prep for the Rio Olympics, Simone told Women's Health that she did some intense cardio training. "Last year, we did cross-training. We swam twice a week—almost a mile!" she said. "I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that, we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello."

Her diet is pretty varied, and she doesn't follow a certain eating plan. "If I cook, though, it's usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill," she previously told WH. If she adds veggis, it's asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, or potatoes. "I love potatoes in any shape or form," she said. (Same.) At the gym, she snacks on fruit like grapes, bananas, strawberries, or watermelon.

Clearly, all that hard work pays off—her calves certainly look gold-medal ready.
