The accident happened near Wolseley, Saskatchewan, as the tour bus and a truck rolled over the road, causing significant damage. Bus operator Beat The Street owner Joerg Philipp posted on Instagram that the cause of the crash was “black ice on the roadway.”
Twain’s crew were supporting her on the “Queen of Me” tour. Both vehicles involved in the crash were part of the tour.
“We are incredibly thankful to the emergency services teams for their quick response and ongoing support. We ask for patience as we look after our touring family.”
