  • Shania Twain took to the stage at a music festival this week and totally wowed the crowd with her powerful voice and incredible stage presence.

  • The singer, 56, was wearing a bra top and jumpsuit that showed off just how strong she is, from her long, toned legs to a peek of her sculpted abs.

  • Shania hasn't shared much about her workout routines in recent years, but she is a huge fan of horseback riding.

Let’s go girls! Shania Twain just performed at the 2022 Boots and Hearts Music Festival and everyone’s favorite country star got busy showing off a peek of her ultra-toned abs and her long, strong legs on stage.

The "You’re Still The One" singer wore a pink and orange dress along with a chunky gold necklace with what appears to be a lion on it (one can only assume Shania is celebrating Leo season). Shania completed the look with a sparkly orange bra and glittery boots. She is giving 1970s Barbie doll with her lava lamp-inspired pattern, and I am here for it.

The 56-year-old Queen of Country Pop rocked the stage in her hometown Windsor, Ontario adding on Instagram that it felt “sooo good to be because in my homeland.”

“But no amount of rain was going to stop our kick-ass party!! Thank you to every single one of you for your energy - what a night! And it was even more special to close out a festival with an all female main stage lineup ❤️ I've said it before and I'll say it again... LET'S GO GIRLS!! 🔥."

Shania has certainly been on everyone’s mind lately, thanks to her epic Coachella performance with Harry Styles and her recently released Netflix doc Not Just A Girl. And with such a busy tour and performance schedule, it's totally fair to wonder how this queen finds time for wellness.

Shania says she gets ways more strict with her diet around tour -- but not too strict because “you’ve got to live,” she told E! Insider in 2018. “Closer to touring I get way more disciplined,” she told the network. "There is a point where I start weaning off French fries and I start weaning in my green smoothies, but I’m always overall very conscientious about what I eat anyway.”

She hasn't shared much about her workout routines recently, but like the good country girly she is, Shania clearly loves riding horses!

Like really loves it...here is a glam horse moment for Shania.

And here she is looking oh-so-wholesome snuggled up to a friend. Is Shania the OG horse girl?

She also told The Cut back in 2017 that her gym’s tennis court is a great place to get in some cardio. “When I’m able to play tennis regularly — which is, again, depending on where I am — it’s nothing for me to play three to five times a week,” she shared.

And when life was getting too busy, her little wellness secret was to walk it out. “If I’m going to do shortcuts because I’m traveling and I can’t manage the environment around me or my schedule is too much, walking is my key thing," she said. "If I’ve got to go to an appointment, I’ll try to walk there, or walk back because going off to play tennis isn’t always easy when I’ve got a busy work schedule.”

A new item on my bucket list: run into Shania Twain power walking to the dentist.

Shania has also dealt with Lyme Disease for the past 20 years, which she spoke about in her documentary, per PopSugar.

"My symptoms were quite scary because before I was diagnosed, I was on stage very dizzy. I was losing my balance, I was afraid I was gonna fall off the stage," she said. "I was having these very, very, very millisecond blackouts, but regularly, every minute or every 30 seconds.”

Shania even feared she might lose her voice. But with the help of extensive surgery and self-care, she was able to avoid this health complication. A world without Shania Twain singing? Too tragic to even contemplate.

You're amazing, Shania!
