Shakira, 45, Looks *So* Sculpted As She Nails A Viral TikTok Dance
  • Shakira just showed off her strong bod in a new post on TikTok.

  • The singer, 45, took on a popular dance trend during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

  • To stay fit, Shakira trains with celebrity coach Anna Kaiser six days a week. She loads up on fresh veggies and protein.

Shakira is no stranger to a little choreography, so it wasn't a surprise when she totally nailed a TikTok dance challenge during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The "Hips Don't Lie" songstress put her own spin on the trendy routine, and fans were loving it. Shakira also posted the snippet to TikTok, and it already has almost four million views.

"@jimmyfallon made me jiggle jiggle for TikTok," she captioned the post.

Fans praised Shakira for taking on the viral dance. "💃 Shakira Shakira 💃," one fan commented. "Girl got the fountain of youth in her backyard ⛲😌," another added. And a third user chimed in: "Who else watched this 10 times." I'm gonna go ahead and raise my hand on that one.

Social media trends aside, Shakira does a lot of cardio-heavy moves during her performances, so she needs to stay strong and conditioned. That's why she works with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser six days a week.

"Shakira is really focused on consistency with her workouts—the strength, the cardio, the stamina, the power, the flexibility, everything," Kaiser told Vogue. One of her go-to workouts includes a 90-minute dance interval mixed with cardio, strength, and vinyasa flow.

But on days when she has long rehearsals, Kaiser told E! News that Shakira opts for other forms of exercise such as strength training, high-intensity interval training circuits, and swimming.

When it comes to her diet, Shakira reaches for fresh veggies and protein. She starts her day with eggs or avocado, topped with tomato, olive oil, and sea salt. Other times she'll drink a smoothie with plant protein, berries, and greens or green powder, Kaiser shared with E! News. And for dinner, it's usually fish or pork chops with a salad or soup.

BRB, off to make a quick smoothie!
