See The James Bond Gadgets That Weren't Used In SPECTRE (Exclusive)

From jet packs to exploding pens, James Bond has historically enjoyed a plethora of gadgets to get him in and out of spy scrapes.

In more recent years Daniel Craig and Sam Mendes have settled on a more realistic approach that sees Bond get by with a simple pistol.

‘SPECTRE’ saw a return to gadgetry with the tricked out Aston Martin whose flamethrower helped Bond escape from evil henchman Mr. Hinx.

However, for the eagle-eyed Bond fan, you may have noticed a fair few other impressive firepower in Q’s workshop.

In our exclusive behind-the-scenes clip we get a closer look at some of the gadgets that were at Bond’s disposal, but didn’t really feature in the film.

We see his night vision goggles, grappling hooks, motorcycles, missile launchers, harpoons and remote controlled machine guns.

The most exciting gadget was the Bond boat that we didn’t get to see much of in the film. It bears a striking resemblance to Bruce Wayne’s Batmobile (is Q taking fictional inspiration now?).

Maybe we will see the gadget in action in the 25th Bond film?

‘SPECTRE’ is released on Digital HD on 19th February, Blu-ray and DVD on 22nd February. U.S. release dates are as follows: Digital HD on January 22nd, and Blu-ray & DVD February 9th.
