ICYMI: After 30 years, the beloved Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus, is getting a sequel.

The Sanderson Sisters may have died in the first movie, but that's never stopped them coming back to haunt before. As the eerie teaser trailer for the movie said it best: "Some legends never die."

The sisters, Mary (Kathy Najimy), Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Winifred (Bette Midler) are coming back this year on September 30th, just in time for Halloween.

Hocus Pocus 2 not only presents a new plot line for the Sanderson Sisters, but also features some new cast members and new film director. The original actresses have reclaimed their roles as Mary, Sarah and Winifred, but this time, two new teenage girls bring them back to life.

In the newly released trailer, it looks like witchy fans will also be able to catch a glimpse into the never-before-seen backstory of the Sanderson Sisters and how they became the evil icons that we now know.

Under the direction of Anne Fletcher, Gossip Girl revival star Whitney Peak, Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham, RuPaul's Drag Race stars Kornbread Jeet, Ginger Minj, and Kahmora Hall - along with many more notable names - form the cast of the movie.

Of course, in true Disney fashion, there are a few Easter eggs to look out for in the trailer. You'll see relics from the original movie including the Black Flame Candle, Billy Butcherson's grave, a black cat and the famous spell book.

The bartender in the trailer can also be seen wearing the same costume as the bartender in the 1993 movie. And even the exterior of Jacob Bailey High School hasn't changed a bit in the 30 years leading up to the sequel. Listen closely and you'll hear the same itch-it-a-cop-it-a Mel-a-ka-mystica chant and Sarah singing "Come Little Children" both featured in the original.
