'Roads Turned to Rivers' as Flash Flooding Hits New York
Water flooded a road in Nyack, New York, on May 28, after a Flash Flood Warning was issued for several areas in the south of the state.
Footage recorded by Rebecca Franz shows water rushing into a drain.
Franz wrote that “driveways, backyards and roads” had been “turned to rivers” in the town.
