Here’s which roads are closed across San Luis Obispo County due to storm

As another storm swept through San Luis Obispo County this week, stretches of several local roads closed due to flooding, slides and other weather-related impacts.

Starting Tuesday, more than a dozen county, city and state roads were shut down as agencies attempted to quickly respond to reports of flooding and mudslides along local streets.

Here are which roads were closed as of Wednesday at noon, according to the California Highway Patrol’s traffic incident report page:

North Coast and San Luis Obispo

  • Burton Drive in Cambria, from Eton Road to Village Lane

  • Highway 1 at Ragged Point Inn & Resort north of San Simeon

  • Prefumo Canyon Road in San Luis Obispo, full closure

  • Santa Rosa Creek Road in Cambria, full closure

  • Stage Coach Road north of San Luis Obispo, from TV Tower Road to end of the road

North County

  • Airport Road at crossing in Paso Robles

  • Avenales Ranch Road in Pozo, from Pozo Road to the end of the road

  • Buena Vista Drive at crossing in Paso Robles

  • Chimney Rock Road at Fawn Lane near Lake Nacimiento

  • Cholame Valley Road in Cholame, from Highway 46 to McMillan Canyon Road

  • Creston Road outside Creston, from Neal Spring to Cripple Creek

  • Highway 41 outside Atascadero, from Los Altos Road to San Gabriel Road

  • Highway 58 at 7 Mile Road east of the San Luis Obispo and Kern counties line

  • Huer Huero outside of Santa Margarita, at crossing and south of Wilson Creek Road

  • Los Palos Road at Santa Barbara Road in Atascadero

  • Mill Road at creek crossing in Paso Robles

  • O’Donovan Road at crossing in Creston

  • Old Creek Road from Highway 1 to Highway 46

  • Penman Springs in Paso Robles at the crossing

  • Pozo Road in Pozo, from Avenales Ranch Road to Highway 58

  • Santa Rita Road in Templeton from Marsh Road to Ridge Road

  • Shell Creek Road at crossing in Creston

  • Wellsona Road to Nacimiento Lake Drive in Paso Robles

South County

  • Hi Mountain Road near Lopez Lake, from Lopez Drive to Pozo Road

  • Huasna Road in Huasna, from Sparks Trail to Agua Escondido

  • Huasna Townsite Road in Huasna from bridge to end of the road

  • See Canyon Road outside of Avila Beach, from Pippin Lane to north end of Prefumo Canyon Road

  • Thompson Avenue in Nipomo, from Rancho Road to Highway 166

  • Upper Lopez Canyon Road at Lopez Lake, from waters’ end to north end of road
