The multihyphenate casually strolled into the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California wearing a $380 Jean Paul Gaultier bucket hat and Philadelphia Eagles jersey (a controversial choice following her headline-making halftime performance at this year's Super Bowl, where the Kansas City Chiefs won), as well as a comfortable and wallet-friendly pair of sneakers — the Puma Suede Classic XXIs.

It's no surprise that Rihanna reached for Puma sneakers when she needed to arrive in style (and comfort), given her role as the brand's creative director in 2014. Her laid-back look was perfectly complemented by these low-top shoes, complete with a black suede exterior and white classic arched design decorating the outsole. The star took a departure from the ever-trendy platform sneaker style, opting for this regular-sole shoe that feels like a blast from the past in the best way possible.

When it came time for the red carpet, the "Lift Me Up" songstress traded in her comfortable clothes for high fashion. Keeping her baby bump front and center, Rihanna wore a stunning black Alaïa dress with a leather halter bandeau and cut-out skirt panels, a tribute to her fashion-forward maternity style. She completed the look with none-other than her staple red lip, which feels reminiscent of her headline-making Super Bowl halftime show look, accomplished with the Fenty Icon Semi-Matte Refillable Lipstick in the shade "Grill Mast'r."
Her makeup, done by longtime friend and makeup artist Priscilla Ono, was a two-parter thanks to her separate red-carpet look and on-stage ensemble. To Ono, ensuring a swift transition was paramount when preparing the star's skin. "We made sure to use thin layers of Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation and Invisimatte Instant Setting and Blotting Powder so that it would last throughout the evening and make it a swift turnaround from one look to the next," Ono exclusively tells PEOPLE. The artist then applied the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Powder Foundation to soften the singer's complexion. "My two secret weapons for adding shimmer to any look, though, are always Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil and Fenty Skin Butta Drop Whipped Oil Body Cream," Ono adds, bringing a glow to the star's skin.
Rihanna's eyes were done up with a dimensional eyeshadow look and a pop of shimmer on the eyelids, courtesy of the Fenty Beauty Snap Shadows Mix and Match Eyeshadow Palette in "Cool Neutrals," and completed with a delicate eyeliner flick. Ono took the look from the red carpet to the stage by swapping out her cherry lips for a rosy nude (à la Fenty Icon Semi-Matte Refillable Lipstick in "Scholar Sista").
"Glam with Rihanna is always a blast," Ono tells us. "We listen to music, we hang out — it's really a fun and enjoyable time with friends. She's incredibly creative, collaborative, and confident when it comes to her looks so it's a great experience."
