WASHINGTON (Reuters) -New York-based cybersecurity firm Wiz says it has found a trove of sensitive data from the Chinese artificial intelligence startup DeepSeek inadvertently exposed to the open internet. In a blog post published Wednesday, Wiz said that scans of DeepSeek's infrastructure showed that the company had accidentally left more than a million lines of data available unsecured. Wiz's chief technology officer said DeepSeek quickly secured the data after his firm alerted them.

An aircraft developed by Boom Supersonic became the first independently funded jet to break the sound barrier this week. The XB-1 aircraft accelerated to Mach 1.05 at about 35,000 feet during a test flight Tuesday in the same Mojave Desert airspace in California where Charles “Chuck” Yeager was the first person to break the sound barrier in 1947.

People with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), such as Crohn's and ulcerative colitis, are known to have an increased chance of bowel cancer, but not all will develop it.
