The rental where Ivanka and Jared have been living in Miami is hitting the market

Moving on out.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are vacating Surfside, or at least their luxury rental there, Page Six first reported.

The former White House advisors’ beachfront condo at the Arte is hitting the market in 2023 for $18.8 million, the Miami Herald confirmed. Their pad at 8955 Collins Avenue is a six bedroom, seven and a half bathroom duplex with killer, panoramic views. The sprawling space includes a wraparound terrace overlooking the Atlantic, where paps have snapped Ivanka with her kids on occasion.

The 16 unit building, designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, “embraces its privileged setting in Surfside, an exclusive seaside enclave celebrated for its historic architecture and wide, tranquil beaches,” says the website description.

The power couple relocated there from Washington, D.C., soon after Donald J. Trump lost the presidential election. A few months after settling in, the Champlain Tower South partially collapsed, killing 98 people.

The former first daughter helped out in her new neighborhood, donating money and helping to get first responders and volunteers fed.

So where are they going to live? Don’t ever worry about these folks. They certainly won’t be homeless, and won’t be moving up north to Mar-a-Lago to be with dad and her brothers, who also reside in Palm Beach County.

The parents of three are putting the finishing touches on their nearby $24 million megamansion in Indian Creek Village, aka Billionaire Bunker. The two were pictured as recently as October inspecting the place with the family in tow. So we’re thinking the home must be near completion now.

They’ll soon be neighbors with Tom Brady, also building nearby, and his ex wife, Gisele, who recently brought two houses in the area to facilitate coparenting with the famed quarterback.

Residence 201 is the last remaining listing at Arte, we were told; Dina Goldentayer and Miltiadis Kastanis are representing the listing.
