Chelsea are taking on Rennes this evening in Group E of the Champions League as the Blues look to book their place in the knockout stages. Victory over the French side would leave Chelsea on 10 points and that would be enough to secure a spot in the last 16, providing Krasnodar do not beat Sevilla in Russia.

Frank Lampard has both Kai Havertz and Thiago Silva available to him after the former was sidelined with Covid-19 and the latter was rested for the Premier League win over Newcastle this weekend, although only Silva starts the game. Christian Pulisic does not play but could be fit for the weekend, Callum Hudson-Odoi starts on the wing, Tammy Abraham leads the line, captain Cesar Azpilicueta returns to the starting XI while goalkeeper Edouard Mendy plays in goal on return to his former club.
