Rapper Nelly adds show date in Kansas City: Halftime of Chiefs-Bills playoff game

Fans who had a ticket for Nelly’s show Tuesday at the Uptown Theater undoubtedly were disappointed when the show was postponed, but they’ll have a chance to see him in Kansas City on Sunday.

Nelly, a three-time Emmy Award winner, will perform a special show at Arrowhead Stadium during halftime of the Chiefs’ AFC Divisional playoff game against the Buffalo Bills, the team said.

Another Emmy winning singer will perform the national anthem: Judith Hill, with the Kansas City Fire Department presenting colors. There will be a B-2 flyover the 509th Bomb Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster.

And former Chiefs defensive end Neil Smith will be the pregame drum honoree.
