Princess Charlotte Casually Asked for a Pony for Christmas This Year

From Cosmopolitan

  • A source reveals that Princess Charlotte is "obsessed" with horses and asked for a pony for Christmas.

  • It looks like she might have to wait until next year to get one, which would still be a coup for the four-year-old.

Just because Prince William and Kate Middleton's children are incredibly wealthy, famous, and influential, it doesn't mean that they didn't make a holiday wish list like the rest of us mere mortals. And while I have an Amazon gift card and a new sweater on my Hanukkah wish list, Princess Charlotte, 4, is dreaming a little bigger: apparently, she asked for a pony this Christmas.

According to Daily Mail, Charlotte is "obsessed" with horses and "she's asked for a pony, but might have to wait until next year because William thinks she's too young." Casual! And if you're wondering what future King of England George asked for, according to the report, "George is really into tennis and has asked for a new racket and a football table." No word on what little Louis wants, but he also can't really talk yet (besides saying, "me, me, me"), so that's probably why.

This palace source also provides a spoiler about the kid's Christmas presents that I hope George and Charlotte haven't seen, saying, 'They'll both be receiving children's cookery sets because they love making a mess in the kitchen!" And sure that's cute, but it's certainly not as exciting as a literal pony, which is basically every little girl's dream gift.

Now please excuse me while I write a strongly worded letter to my friends and family demanding that they step up their present game this year and that I find a pony waiting for me when I get home for the holidays!
