Just when you thought the Prince Louis christening photos couldn't get any cuter, Kensington Palace have released another picture of the newborn and his mother.
Four official photos from the occasion were released yesterday, but KP couldn't resist sharing one more.
'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released an additional photograph taken following the christening of Prince Louis,' they wrote on Instagram and Twitter.
'The Duke and Duchess hope that everyone enjoys this lovely photograph of Prince Louis as much as they do.'
Well, yes, we most certainly do... LOOK AT HIM.
Prince Louis - who was officially named Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge following his birth on April 23 this year - was only seen for the second time in public when he arrived at last Monday's christening ceremony fast asleep.
But it seems he did wake up at some point during the day as the twelve-week-old can be seen with his eyes open in the official photos from the christening:
The first four pictures were uploaded to the Kensington Palace Twitter and Instagram accounts on Sunday evening, posting with the caption: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released four official photographs to mark the christening of Prince Louis on Monday 9th July. The photographs were taken by Matt Holyoak at Clarence House, following Prince Louis's baptism in the Chapel Royal, St. James’s Palace."
In the official photographs, Prince Louis can be seen being cradled by his mum, Kate Middleton, with his dad Prince William, brother Prince George and sister Princess Charlotte also featuring along with their matching blue colour scheme.
Also included in the wider family shot were both sets of Prince Louis' grandparents, Prince Charles and Camilla, and Kate's mum and dad, Michael and Carole Middleton. Alongside them stands Prince Harry with new wife Meghan, who chose an olive green Ralph Lauren dress with her signature bateau-neckline for the occasion.
Ahead of the christening last Monday (9 July) the Palace announced that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had chosen six godparents for their youngest child. Among Prince Louis' named godparents were Guy Pelly - also godfather to Prince George - and Nicholas van Cutsem, whose daughter Florence was a bridesmaid in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding.
It's not known when Prince Louis will next be seen in public. Prince George was eight months old when he appeared at an official engagement for the first time with his parents, William and Kate, while they were on their Royal Tour of New Zealand and Australia. But with Prince George now at school and Princess Charlotte at nursery, it's unlikely we'll see the entire family on a tour abroad any time soon.
