'Price Is Right' fans freak out after family wins three of the show’s most iconic prize

During The Price Is Right at Night primetime holiday special Tuesday night, many lucky families went home with lots of presents that, most likely, won't fit under their Christmas trees.

One family in particular, the Derricks family, struck big during the Triple Play, when they won not one, not two, but three cars – a Volkswagen Jetta, a Jeep Cherokee Latitude Crossover, and a Cadillac CT4 Luxury, equaling a total worth of $83,735.

Viewers, who were blown away by the Derricks's big prize haul, immediately took to social media during the episode to express their shock.

However, while most people were happy for the family, and their adorable daughter, there were also some grinches who were saying bah humbug.

The Derricks fam wasn't the only crew to win big Tuesday night. The Roy family took home a solid $25,000, while the Flowers, who first won an airstream, made it to the final showcase round with the Derricks where they sweeped, taking home prizes worth a whopping $102,478.

Overall, the episode seemed to bring a lot of holiday cheer to viewers at home, who were happy to see so much joy brought to the night's lucky winners.

The Price is Right at Night aired Tuesday, December 22 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
