Police Thwart Grinch at Christmas Tree Lighting in Hewitt, Texas

Officers might have just saved Christmas in Hewitt, Texas, as they thwarted the Grinch from ruining the city’s tree-lighting on December 2.

Hewitt Police Department posted video of deputies handcuffing and leading the Grinch away from the gathering at Hewitt Park.

“Tonight at approximately 1830 hrs officers observed a known wanted subject – Mr Grinch attending the ceremony,” police said.
