Brittany and Patrick celebrated their daughter's first birthday on Feb. 20, 2022.

"My Ster Girl is ONE! I can't believe it🥺💕 YOU my sweet girl deserve the world!! Your Daddy & I love you more & more everyday, we can not wait to see where this life takes you & all the things you will conquer! #stersworld," Matthews captioned a sweet video of Sterling throughout her first year.

Mahomes posted a tribute to his little girl on Instagram, sharing "My ❤️ turns 1 today! Daddy loves you!"

Patrick Mahomes and fiancée Brittany Matthews welcomed their first child, daughter Sterling Skye, on Feb. 20, 2021. They announced her arrival with a photo of their family of three holding hands. In the photo, Sterling's hand is wrapped around her dad's finger, and her mom wears a necklace bearing her name.

The family of three wore Kansas City Royals jerseys — Sterling's has 'Mahomes' on the back! — to a baseball game in April 2021. Her dad is part-owner of the team, so you could say that she has the hook-up!

Baby Sterling celebrated her first Easter in April 2021. In honor of the holiday, the family wore their brightest pastels.

"Chillin with the owner ⚽️," Mahomes captioned a pair of photos on Instagram. In one photo, the couple grins as Mahomes holds Sterling, and in another Matthews poses with Mahomes' brother Jackson on the soccer field. Matthews —who is a former professional soccer player — is part owner of the Kansas City National Women's Soccer League.

The new mom shared a sweet snap on her Instagram Story of her husband cozied up to their little one, who wore an adorable "XOXO" printed onesie.

Dad snuggled Sterling as she took to the skies on her first flight — VIP-style, of course!

It's obvious Sterling has a favorite place to be: in Dad's arms.

She likes gazing into his eyes — or perhaps seeing herself in his sunglasses — too!

Matthews joked she was "just pumpin & momin" while discreetly using a pump on vacation with her little fam.

In July 2021, the new mom shared a photo to her Instagram Story of her breastfeeding her 5-month-old daughter, commenting on how fast her first baby is growing up.

In the sweet picture, Sterling rests on her mom's lap while wearing an adorable green camouflage onesie and tan socks. Matthews holds her baby against her chest while sporting a navy activewear set.

"Don't know what I'm gonna do when she doesn't fit perfectly in my lap 😭😭😭😭 Stop growing ster girl 😥," the first-time mom wrote.

Sterling wore a teeny Mahomes shirt to rep her daddy as he went off to camp to train for the upcoming football season.

Sterling isn't just a football fan, she is also there to support mom on the soccer field of the KC NWSL professional women's soccer team, too! The former soccer star is part-owner of the team.

"Sterling's First Camp," Mahomes captioned a photo with Matthews and their little girl — who, of course, dressed for the occasion with a red bow and tiny red Converse.

Sterling helped surprise her dad with the news that he was part of EA Sports 99 club ahead of the release of Madden 22.

Sterling wore a "Happy Birthday" headband while helping her mom celebrate her birthday in September 2021. "Just a Mama and her Girl," Matthews captioned the adorable photos.

Sterling stole the show while rooting for her dad in a sparkly ensemble, complete with a matching bow, naturally. Check out those little bedazzled sneakers with her dad's jersey number on them!

Sterling is already a natural when it comes to posing with her mama.

The little one soaked up some sun poolside in an adorable blue swimsuit and white hat while vacationing in Hawaii, where her parents are set to tie the knot this week.
