A Philadelphia Eagles fan celebrated his team’s advancement to the Super Bowl by surfing through a crowded street in front of City Hall on Sunday, January 29.

Video filmed by David Grzybowski shows a man standing atop a board as other fans carry him through the crowd, moments after their team beat the San Francisco 49ers 31-7.
