Pepsi Ends Its 10-Year Partnership With the Super Bowl Halftime Show

Pepsi has confirmed that it is no longer a sponsor for the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

"After 10 years of iconic Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show performances, we have decided it’s time to pass the mic," the company tweeted. "Thank you to the amazing artists and fans who helped us create some incredible moments along the way. Now on to the next stage."

According to CNBC, the NFL renewed its contract with Pepsi. However, the deal does not include the halftime show. Over the past 10 years, the NFL and Pepsi's partnership was reportedly worth $2 billion USD. CNBC reported back in October 2021 that" Super Bowl halftime rights could hit the market, and the NFL would seek up to $50 million USD for them."

Details about the new sponsor have not been disclosed yet. Stay tuned while we wait for more information to surface.
