Yahoo Movies Pamela Anderson wears Baywatch-inspired red dress for premiere
Pamela Anderson channelled one of her most iconic fashion looks for a red-carpet appearance last night. Attending the premiere of her new Netflix documentary Pamela, A Love Story in Los Angeles, Anderson wore a bright red floor-length gown which closely resembled the red swimsuit she so famously wore on Baywatch.
The dress in question is by designer Naeem Khan, it features a scoop neckline and beaded detail. On the catwalk, it was shown with matching beaded gloves, but Anderson teamed it simply with red strappy sandals, an elegant updo and some statement earrings.
The look will no doubt be a huge hit with her many fans, some of which have rediscovered Anderson's Nineties' style, which has been dubbed 'Pamcore'.
Anderson walked the red carpet with her son, and producer, Brandon Thomas Lee, as well as the crew who helped put together her documentary, including director Ryan White.
Pamela, A Love Story marks the first time Anderson has had a chance to, in her own words, open up about her life and career. It comes just a year after the Hulu series Pam & Tommy was released, starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan, which detailed how Anderson and her then-husband Tommy Lee's sex tape was stolen from their home and made public.
“My life,” Anderson wrote on Instagram when she announced the documentary. “A thousand imperfections. A million misperceptions. Wicked, wild and lost. Nothing to live up to. I can only surprise you. Not a victim, but a survivor. And alive to tell the real story.”
Pamela, A Love Story is available to watch on Netflix from today.
