The COVID-19 circuit-break measures that took effect Sunday morning placed limits on some kinds of public gatherings on Prince Edward Island.

Only 50 can attend concerts, worship services and movie theatres, and no sports games or tournaments are being allowed, though practices can go ahead

Organizers of some permitted activities are deciding to cancel them, going beyond what is required. To add an item to this list, email stormcentrepei@cbc.ca and include your name, telephone number and position.

Cancellations so far:

  • The PEI Symphony concert scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 28 has been cancelled "with the intent to reschedule when it is safe to do so."
