Oscars 2024 Best Picture Nominations: See the Full List

Barbie, Oppenheimer, and Poor Things, three films that dominated the nomination field, are all up for Best Picture at the 2024 Academy Awards. The other Best Picture nominees are American Fiction, Anatomy of a Fall, The Holdovers, Killers of the Flower Moon, Maestro, Past Lives, and The Zone of Interest. For the first time, the category includes three films directed by women, as Variety points out. The Oscars take place on March 10 in Los Angeles.

The 2023 Academy Award for Best Picture went to Everything Everywhere All at Once. The film, featuring music by Son Lux, also won Oscars for Best Actress in a Leading Role (for Michelle Yeoh), Best Actor in a Supporting Role (for Ke Huy Quan), Best Actress in a Supporting Role (for Jamie Lee Curtis), Best Directing, Best Film Editing, and Best Original Screenplay.
