Chef Kenny Mills said he has retired after 13 years running Chop House, 1700 W. Park Row Drive.
A partnership has taken over the burger restaurant, which moved back last year to its original location closer to Fielder Road and UT Arlington. (The restaurant is not related to the Chop House Burger restaurants.)
