Four new directors enhance company’s expertise to support growth following successful $45 million Series B round
OMAHA, Neb., October 27, 2021--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Omaha National Group, Inc. ("Omaha National"), a leading tech-enabled provider of workers’ compensation insurance and payroll services, has added four new directors to its board to guide the company’s growth.
The newly appointed board members bring deep insurance, technology and financial markets expertise to Omaha National as the company advances its market positioning and capabilities for small and midsize businesses across America. Last month, Omaha National announced it closed a $45 million Series B round led by Accomplice to propel its transition to a full-stack carrier and to advance the expansion of the company’s proprietary software.
