Off-White™'s Spring 2023 Ready-to-Wear Celebrates the Human Body

Released a day before what would have been Virgil Abloh's 42nd birthday, Off-White™ revealed its Spring 2023 Ready-to-Wear collection, presenting a futuristic yet ephemeral array of garments that celebrate the human body in a myriad of ways.

Ghostly imprints of the human skeleton cover oversized slate gray single-breasted jackets, while a blue and white sweater is expertly knitted to mimic muscles and tendons. Meanwhile, a handful of ensembles feature a midriff cut-out to show off the wearer's six pack. Creatively tailored denim skirt suits boast an exaggerated flower belt across the stomach, whereas a bone-white utilitarian shirt dress with a perfect open circle in the middle for an eye-catching detail. Elsewhere, exposed seams merge to create the image of the female form atop indigo blue denim suits.

Other collection standouts include a monochromatic white maxi skirt set bearing a raised geometric pattern. The sophisticated outfit is complete with a delicate face mask with frilled edges. A sweeping Peaky Blinders-esque coat is paired with bright blue gloves and high-collar shirt. An extravagant cobalt blue feathered coat is worn with an elegant lace mask, while a black mini frock is covered with frothy feathers and arrives with an ethereal hood.
